Welcome to Bros Tree Care LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our tree care services in Phoenix, AZ, and any related interactions with our business. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Agreement

All tree care services provided by Bros Tree Care LLC are subject to:

  • Written or verbal estimates (free estimates provided upon request)

  • Client approval before work begins

  • These Terms and Conditions

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept [list payment methods: cash, check, credit cards, etc.]

  • Late payments may incur additional fees

  • Deposits may be required for large projects

3. Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations/rescheduling

  • Emergency cancellations due to weather will be rescheduled

  • Repeated cancellations may result in a cancellation fee

4. Property Damage

While we take utmost care:

  • We are not liable for damage to underground utilities not marked by client

  • Client is responsible for identifying property lines and easements

  • Any pre-existing tree/structural issues should be disclosed beforehand

5. Safety & Access

Client agrees to:

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to work areas

  • Secure pets and remove vehicles/obstacles

  • Inform us of any known hazards (bee hives, weak structures, etc.)

6. Tree Health & Risk

We provide professional assessments but:

  • Cannot guarantee long-term tree health after services

  • Are not liable for unforeseen tree failures after work completion

  • Recommend regular inspections for high-risk trees

7. Waste Removal

  • Includes normal debris from tree services

  • Additional fees may apply for excessive debris or special disposal

  • Stump grindings typically left on site unless requested otherwise

8. Warranties

  • Workmanship guaranteed for [X] days

  • Does not cover acts of nature or subsequent damage

  • Warranty claims must be made in writing within warranty period

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • The cost of the services provided

  • Does not include consequential or incidental damages

  • Maximum liability shall not exceed total payment received

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be:

  • First attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation

  • If unresolved, settled through mediation in Maricopa County

  • Legal actions must be filed within one year of service date

11. Weather & Delays

We reserve the right to:

  • Postpone services due to unsafe weather conditions

  • Adjust schedules for equipment failures or emergencies

  • Not be liable for delays beyond our control

12. Changes to Terms
